From Sydney’s historical Rocks area, we head westwards to unlock a piece of Australia you would never have known existed. We visit outstanding lookouts and examine the unusual plants and wildlife that makes the Blue Mountains so special. Then enjoy
a delicious barbecue lunch including a selection of Australian wines and cheeses. Returning to Sydney we drop into a hidden valley seeking out the many kangaroos that graze in the wild, returning around 5.30pm.
