Day 1 London - Edinburgh - 30 December 2006
Those crazy Scots sure know how to party, so make sure you
pack your dancing shoes for Hogmanay! We drive north through
the beautiful English countryside before arriving in
Edinburgh in the late afternoon. After checking in to the
Globetrotter Hostel the fun and laughs start with a stand up
comedy night.
Day 2 Edinburgh - 31 December 2006 - New Year's Eve
A big day awaits! Explore the historic and beautiful
Edinburgh on our city tour this morning. The charming
cobbled stones of the Royal Mile, stunning Holyrood Palace,
and the ever ever-imposing Edinburgh Castle. Then it’s time
to party! Count down the New Zealand, Australian and South
African New Years throughout our massive party day, then
later join the famous Edinburgh street party (tickets
included). Party into the wee hours during this amazing
festival of kilts, fireworks and plenty of fun. Bx1
Day 3 Edinburgh - 1 January 2007 - New Year's Day
You definitely deserve a sleep in today! After your sore
heads have risen you can chill out and explore Edinburgh as
you please. Visit the Edinburgh Castle or perhaps join the
afternoon trip to historic Stirling Castle, scene of the
battle of Stirling (Braveheart). Return to Edinburgh for one
last party night – with a live band and karaoke in the
hostel bar - you don’t even need to travel very far!

Day 4 Edinburgh - London - 02 January 2007
It will be a sad farewell to this fabulous city as we depart
for London arriving in the early evening – a good
opportunity to catch up on sleep no doubt! Bx1
