Day 1: Arrive Istanbul. Met and transferred
to the hotel. This evening meet your Tour Manager and fellow
travellers.
Day 2: Istanbul to Canakkale. First to Gallipoli to
explore, then across the Dardanelles to Asia Minor. (B,D)
Day 3: Canakkale to Pergamum. Free time in Troy,
maybe see the ruins of the Trojan city, then a scenic
coastal drive to discover Pergamum. (B,D)
Day 4: Pergamum to Kusadasi. Past Izmir en route to
lively Kusadasi. Time to enjoy Turkish nightlife. (B)
Day 5: Kusadasi to Pamukkale. Visit Ephesus with a
local guide and later Hieropolis en route to see the ancient
Roman resort town and thermal pools. (B,D)
Day 6: Pamukkale to Istanbul. Through the Turkish
countryside back into Europe and Istanbul. Tonight enjoy
this bustling town. (B)
Day 7: Istanbul. Sightseeing with a half day free to
explore this vibrant city. Tonight join us for a fun evening
with belly-dancing. (B)
Day 8: Depart Istanbul. Final farewells to your
fellow travellers as your tour ends after breakfast. (B)
