Training & Development

Ensuring our staff are fully trained to provide the superb level of service expected by our customers is one of the key focuses of our MD. We have a dedicated training and development team who design and deliver fantastic, industry leading programmes, which starts with a full induction to life at Travelmood.


 
     Travelmood Training Academy

 Unique!!! Our innovative sales induction & training programme for new sales staff is at the cutting edge of the learning arena. It combines experiential learning through first hand experience of our suppliers and their products as well as system, sales and customer service techniques. This intensive, interactive course takes place over the first 4-5 weeks of employment and sees new consultants doing the bulk of their training in one of our major destinations. Our training and development team continue to deliver industry leading training, both face to face and online. If you are an experienced consultant and join Travelmood between Training Academies, our Training Team will aim to have you selling in your second week, thanks to our superb new online training tool.
