Land Product Support
A vacancy has arisen in our busy Leeds office for a Land Product Support role. The Land Product department are responsible for the negotiating, arranging and loading of contracts with our suppliers onto our reservation system. They book, amend and deal with any problems that arise with a customer's land arrangements on their holidays.

The role:
The Land Product Support role involves acting as a support to the rest of the team and as the first point of contact for sales staff. Staff in the sales and various operations teams are our internal customers and providing them with an excellent, rapid and accurate level of service is a key requirement of the role. Candidates will need to demonstrate they can offer a high level of customer service and also communicate effectively with overseas suppliers.

This role is ideal for those looking for a first step into a Travel Industry career. All vacancies are advertised internally and progression is encouraged.
