The Stellenbosch Hotel is a boutique style hotel situated in the heart of the Winelands, on Stellenbosch’s oldest and most historic street. Built between 1692 and 1701, the buildings were restored and declared National Monuments in 1987. All rooms are air conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms, extra length king, queen, double or twin beds, bar fridge, TV and room safe. The famous Jan Cats Restaurant serves fine local and foreign dishes, and you can enjoy a delicious meal outside, at one of the sidewalk tables of the Brasserie. They serve live crayfish, fresh oysters and a ‘catch of the day’. Museums, art galleries and curio shops are all within safe walking distance of the hotel.
