STEP 1
You must be able to produce a written quote of the competitors' holiday or flight on company headed paper and dated within 24 hours of the Travelmood confirmed booking. The holiday or flight we are matching must be exactly the same.
STEP 2
The company that Travelmood are matching must be ATOL / ABTA protected.
STEP 3
If the above guidelines are met, Travelmood will refund the difference plus £1.
