2 Day Mt Kinabalu Climb

This is your chance to go up into the mountains and jungle of Borneo! Enjoy views of the jungle covered hills and mountains. Relax in a hot spring after a stroll along the Canopy Walkway; 120 feet above the jungle floor.

Day 1 Kinabalu National Park You’ll be collected
from your accommodation and driven up into the mountains, enjoying views of traditional wooden houses on stilts and rice fields. As the road starts to climb you’ll see beautiful views over jungle covered hills and mountains, with the sea in the distance. At 4,101 metres, Mt. Kinabalu is the highest mountain in SE Asia. At the Park Headquarters there is an information centre and a Mountain Garden walk to be taken. Lunch served at the Park and plenty of time to explore some of the jungle paths after lunch. Stay at the Kinabalu Pine Resort. Room includes basic facilities with fan and private bathroom.

Day 2 Poring Hot Springs Drive to Poring Hot Springs. To get to the Springs, you’ll have to walk across a short rope and wood hanging bridge, over a river, and then you’ll find attractively landscaped gardens. The hot sulphur spring water has been channelled into open air tiled baths. There is a rock pool where you can take a swim. Visit the Canopy Walkway for an amazing view. Return to your hotel around early evening.
