Privileged Check-in
Every First and Business Class passenger is our top priority. They have the privilege of checking in via telephone if departing from Malaysia. This allows the passenger to arrive at the airport up to 30 minutes before departure if they are travelling without check-in baggage.

As a special touch, there is a Premier Porter Service available at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). This is designated kerbside drop-off area with porter service reserved exclusively for Enrich Platinum members, Enrich Gold members as well as First Class passengers travelling internationally.

Premier Lane (Fast Track)
As time is of the essence, Premium Class passengers can enjoy a speedy immigration clearance with our Premier Lane service at both KLIA and London Heathrow.

Golden Lounges
The Golden lounges are the perfect retreat for recovery and relaxation, offering a wide array of luxuries. If you are famished, treat yourself to a wonderful selection of western and Malaysian cuisine, complete with desserts. Passengers can refresh themselves with a shower before escaping to the privacy of the slumberette** for a quick nap or to the fully equipped business centre for some last minute work. Parents travelling with children will appreciate our kids’ corner where they can play.
