Motorhome Hire Conditions

Rental duration
The day of vehicle collection is counted as day one, regardless of pick up time. When a rental moves from one season to the next the calculation is based on both prices.

Drivers age and licence
Drivers must be 21 years or over and hold a full resident country licence (in English).

Branch hours
Daily from 0800 to 1630hrs, closed Christmas Day.

One-way rentals
One-way rentals are available between all branch locations. Minimum 7 day hire A one-way rental fee of AU$220 is charged, no
one-way fee for hires over 21 days (Maui only).

Broome rentals
A remote location fee of AU$450 applies to all rentals picking up or dropping off in Broome. This is in addition to any one way fees payable.

Road restrictions
Vehicles can only be driven on sealed/bitumen roads.

Price Excludes (all costs payable locally at time of vehicle collection)
• Transfers between airport and Britz depot
• Excess reduction fee (per day) A$20 (A$25 for 4WD) will reduce from A$7500 to A$2500, or A$38 (A$47 for 4WD) reduces the excess to nil (A$440 for 4WD)
• Extra driver fee A$3 per day
• Tax at 2.5% of the total cost will be levied to cover state government taxes, duties and admin • One way rental fee of A$200
• Remote surcharge for Broome hires of A$450 *Child/booster seat A$25 per rental (must prebook)
• Personal kit A$35 per person (includes bedding and towel)
• Airport concession fee of A$16.50 may be charged for hires with pick up or drop off from airport locations. This fee will apply for pick ups from Hobart airport
