A trip that takes you from the markets of East Africa to the village fires of the local population, from the big game parks of the continent to the wildlife waterways of the Okavango Delta in Botswana, from the tranquil waters of the eastern coastlines to the thunderous roar of the mighty Victoria Falls and from the traditional mud and cattle dung huts of the Masai to the colourful townships of South Africa. Plentiful opportunities for the magnificent feast from eating the seafood delicacies in the local markets in Zanzibar to the local cassava dishes of Malawi to the game meats on offer in Zimbabwe - and then there is the culinary delights on offer by our own cook! This trip certainly offers a real taste of the treasures of Africa.
